Graduates with a UK Post-Study Work Visa

The Post-Study Work visa was abolished in April this year, but you can switch into the Tier 1 Entrepreneur scheme for a £50,000 investment (instead of £200,000), as long as you already have your business up and running. There are also other Tier 1 Entrepreneur routes available for Graduate Entrepreneurs, Prospective Entrepreneurs and for those who raise investment via a Venture Capital fund, Seed Funding Competition or UK Government Department.
